Lion Elastomers’ Geismar, La., EPDM facility is an OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Worksite. VPP is an established partnership between management, employees and OSHA. The goal of VPP is to identify and recognize industry sites that are committed to continuous improvement in occupational safety and health. The Lion Elastomers Geismar site has been a proud member of the VPP since 2001, and is one of only three synthetic rubber manufacturing sites to have this recognition.
